What Happened To My "Man Wagon"?

On September 28th I responded to a fire on SPI's Stirling District west of Butte Meadows. The Soda Fire was advancing rapidly and I managed to get to the head of the fire. It had slowed down due to one of our young tree plantations, a recently thinned USFS Timber Sale along with air tanker drops. I thought I was in a safe location but, unfortunately one of the VLAT's (Very Large Air Tanker) made a mis-drop and hit my Man Wagon along with other fire suppression units and personnel. Fortunately I was in my vehicle when I was hit with the retardant!
